This institute is my tribute to my beloved father, Late Sri Lakshmi Lal Ji - a freedom fighter, social worker, and lifelong servant of the poor.
He taught me that "real independence comes when every person has access to health, education, and dignity." His life was spent in seva: standing for the nation during its struggle for freedom, and standing with the people during their struggle for a better life.
With advanced surgical training and years of service as a Senior Resident at AIIMS, Delhi and many Hospitals like UCMS GTB Hospital, MAMC Lok Nayak Hospital, LHMC Kalawati Hospital, RML Hospital, Yashoda Hospital, Kailash Hospital, Apollo Hospital, Max Hospital, Manipal Hospital, SDN Hospital and Lal Hospital Harsh Vihar. Dr. Lal has dedicated his career to pediatric surgery and urology. As Founder & Director of Dr. Lal Hospital, Harsh Vihar, he has brought quality, affordable care to the community.
To expand that mission, he established the Sri Lakshmi Lal Institute of Paramedical Sciences & Management — training the next generation of paramedics, technicians, therapists, and healthcare managers who serve with skill and compassion.
